When you request the desktop download, we collect your email address, the system you chose, the date of your request and your choice about Runkyz emails. The email address is required in the form. It lets us keep a record of requests and follow up if you contact our support. This follow-up is based on our legitimate interest in managing download requests.

Tips, news and offers by email are based on your consent, collected with an optional box that is unchecked by default. The download remains available without it. You can unsubscribe from any promotional email or write to [email protected]. The form does not send any email automatically.

Requests are kept for 12 months. If you accept promotional emails, the planned period is 3 years from your last request, unless you withdraw your consent or ask for erasure. Expired data is removed from our active lists and deleted during cleanup operations.

The data is accessible to TONAYR and to its host Cloudflare, as a processor. The contact database is configured with a storage restriction to the European Union. To prevent abuse, a temporary fingerprint of your IP address limits the number of submissions; it expires after 15 minutes. Your email is never sent to Google Analytics, placed in page addresses or stored in your browser’s local storage.

Accepting or refusing analytics doesn’t change your access to the site. Without your consent, Google Analytics doesn’t load and no analytics request is sent to Google.

To change your mind, use the button below or “Manage cookies” in the footer. If you withdraw consent, measurement stops and the Google Analytics cookies accessible on this site are deleted.

A preference called runkyz.cookie-consent is saved in your browser’s local storage. It contains your choice, its date, its expiry date and the version of this consent request. It is not used to track your browsing.

This preference, needed to respect your decision, is kept for 6 months whether you accept or refuse. When it expires, you are asked again. If your browser blocks storage, your choice is respected for the current page.

With your consent, TONAYR uses Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages are viewed and how the site is used. Google receives, among other things, the pages visited, interactions, information about your browser and device, and a browsing identifier. Google uses your IP address to infer an approximate location.

We measure, among other things, download clicks by system, clicks to the license, the routes and screenshots viewed, the questions opened, the sections seen, scrolling and the time the page stays visible. Categories of technical errors help us spot problems on the site. These measurements can’t confirm that the game was installed or bought. We never send an email address, a license key or form input in these events.

The _ga and _ga_* cookies distinguish visits and sessions. Runkyz limits their lifetime to the time left on your consent, at most 6 months, with no automatic extension on each visit.

The legal basis is your consent. Ad personalization features and Google Signals are turned off in this site’s code.

Google may process data outside the European Union. To learn about its processing and safeguards, see Google’s information on partner sites and its privacy policy.

You can withdraw your consent at any time. To request access to, correction or erasure of your data, or to exercise your other applicable rights, write to [email protected]. Withdrawing consent stops new collection; it doesn’t automatically erase data already sent.
