A WORD FROM THE FOUNDER

Why Runkyz?

A project born from my own treadmill runs, with one goal: to make running at home more fun.

It all started with my treadmill runs.

As a triathlete, I train a lot. I love running outside, but between everyday constraints and the weather, I often choose to train indoors.

The more time I spent on the treadmill, the more monotonous my sessions felt. So I decided to build a program, first for my own needs, to make treadmill running at home more fun.

That’s how Runkyz was born.

The app is made for every level. I was a beginner once too, and I know how much it matters to move toward your goals gradually, at your own pace.

WHAT RUNKYZ BRINGS YOU

Treadmill runs
you want to come back to.

Space’s track winds past Saturn and its rings.
SPACE

01 / BREAK THE MONOTONY

Enjoy running on a treadmill again.

A track through space, pyramids among the dunes, a loop around a lake: choose the setting for your run and move forward with your avatar. Running becomes a game, with a route to explore to the very end.

02 / YOUR PACE

A pace that suits you.

Whether you’re new to the treadmill or a regular, you choose your reference pace. The pacer gives you a reference during the effort. Speed and incline targets follow the terrain and take your machine’s limits into account.

03 / A GOAL

A reason to come back.

Find your best times in the game and run a route again to compare sessions. Your next run can have a simple goal: get back into your rhythm or improve your time.

04 / YOUR ROUTES

Bring your runs home.

With the license, import a GPX track to bring its route and terrain into the game. You can also replay a timestamped run with the pacer: a familiar route to support your indoor training.
